Prerequisites

• You must be at least 18 years of age.

• You must have a high school diploma or GED.

• You must take the ASSET or COMPASS college placement test.

• You must attend a pre-admission information sharing session with the Program Manager.

• You must have basic computer / keyboarding skills.

• You must provide written documentation of emotional and physical ability to carry out the normal Medical Assistant duties as demonstrated by a report of physical examination by a licensed practicing physician or certified nurse practitioner.
