| Instructors John Barker, CMRP, is a director in Fluor’s Operations and Maintenance group with more than 20 years of productivity improvement consulting experience in the areas of maintenance, manufacturing, and business administration. He is also responsible for Fluor’s AP Index (sm), a proprietary Asset Productivity Index tool; used for measuring maintenance performance. Dan Blakely is a training and organizational development specialist with the Buck Mickel Center. He has more than 25 years' experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, and employee development. Eric Bryant, PE, is a senior reliability engineer with more than 20 years of experience providing engineering, maintenance, and consulting services in support of plant safety, operations, and business objectives. His expertise includes OSHA process safety management, ISO 14001 certification, and reliability centered maintenance. Michael Eisenbise, PE, CPE, CMRP, is a director in Fluor's Performance Technology group. He has nearly 30 years of maintenance technology and reliability experience and is a key resource for root cause failure analysis. Joy Finch, CET, is the program manager of Environmental and Safety Training at the Buck Mickel Center. She has 12 years of field experience as an environmental consultant and is an instructor for EPA-approved asbestos and lead abatement training courses. She currently serves on the Board of Certification for the National Environmental, Safety and Health Training Association. Tim Finigan, MBA, CQE, CRE, CMRP, is a senior director in Fluor's Performance Technology group. He has more than 20 years' experience in operations, manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, quality, and logistics management. Joe Grande, CMRP, is a director in Fluor's Performance Technology group with more than 20 years' experience in maintenance management, work process control, and system implementation. Jim Humphries, PE, CPE, CSI, CMRP, with more than 25 years' experience in the industry, is vice president of Performance Technology at Fluor. His responsibilities include maintenance engineering, contracts, project controls, maintenance planning, plant engineering, risk management, information technology, and knowledge management. Bob Kertis, CMRP, is a director in Fluor's Performance Technology group. He has instructed hundreds of maintenance professionals in industrial plant maintenance management, equipment specific training, operations, and installation/start-up. Jim Leitch, CMfgT, is a director in Fluor's Performance Technology group. He offers management experience in operations, maintenance, coaching, and motivation as well as technical knowledge in electrical, industrial, manufacturing, and plant engineering. Marco Luzzatti is the program manager of Quality and Process Improvement at the Buck Mickel Center. He has 10-plus years' experience training in quality, lean, Six Sigma, and ISO programs. Mike McGee, CMRP, has more than 30 years' experience in project and account management, performance improvement initiatives, system development/implementation, and industrial engineering. Jeff Ray, CMRP, is a director in Fluor's Performance Technology group. His areas of expertise include change management and leadership, work process control, and program management. Dave Schrader, CMRP, is a director in Fluor's Performance Technology group. He has more than 32 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance engineering, project engineering, process engineering, start-up, and commissioning. |
